Full Stack Software Developer
Overview:
An exciting opportunity exists to engage on a medium-term project as a Full Stack developer within a leading UK manufacturing business. The role will be to assist with architecting, designing, developing and maintaining secure, scalable, and user-friendly web applications. You will also be developing API’s for both web application portals and mobile apps.
This will be an office-based role but may include some home working.

Technical Requirements:
Expert in full web stack development Flask, Python, React, HTML, CSSS
2-3 years demonstratable commercial experience developing web applications, API and database systems.
Expert with SQL, NoSQL, Mongo, Postgres or other database technologies
Comfortable with web front end frameworks technologies
Pro at designing stable and scalable API infrastructures
Experience with MQTT (Paho)
Relevant DevOps CD/CI experience, including knowledge of performance/scalability best practices
Worked with either AWS / Azure / Google Cloud
Create and maintain a metric driven environment, using logs to understand performance and improve efficiencies
Soft Skills:
Handling feature development from specifications to deployment
Be able to rapid prototype new ideas
Working independently or as part of a team
Be able to identify user pain points and devise workable solutions
Identifying, researching, and implementing new technologies
Be open to continuous improvement, curious with an entrepreneurial spirit
Be a strong contributor to the team, bring innovative ideas and follow through with them

Bonus points:
Integration with payment and subscription platforms i.e. Stripe/PayPal
The knowledge of the Agile methodology is preferred but we are open to any collaborative method
